Terms and Conditions:

Use of Gnosall Dog Field is strictly by appointment only via our online booking system. Any breach of this condition will lead to your permitted use of the field being permanently revoked.
Bookings are every hour for a 50 minute session, allowing 10 minutes to vacate before the start of the next booking.
Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
Bookings can be made up to 2 hours prior to the start time.
Cancellations and rescheduling can only be made by account holders.
Cancellations and rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before the start time of the booking.
eGift Cards are valid for up to 6 months.
A code for the gate will be sent via email 1 hour before each booking.

Facilities

Your dog can be walked off the lead.
Puppies from 8 weeks old are welcome.
All gates must be closed upon leaving the site.
Dogs must be discouraged from damaging the site by any means such as digging holes and chewing.
A dog waste bin is provided.

Customers must collect and dispose of dog waste in the bin provided. The bin is for dog waste only, any other waste is to be taken away from the site.
Natural countryside hazards may be present such as uneven ground, holes, stones, sticks and wildlife.
Toilets are not provided.
Dogs must not be tied to the fencing.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on site.
BBQs are not permitted.
Gnosall Dog Field reserves the right to refuse any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behavior.
Gnosall Dog Field will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.

Owners must ensure that all dogs using the field are up to date with their dog(s) respective flea, worming, and tick control.
All dogs must wear their collars with an up-to-date ID tag and be micro chipped.
If your dog(s) or any dog(s) that you live with are showing any signs of ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general illness, lethargy etc) you must cancel any pending booking. This is to preserve the health of all dogs visiting the site.
All Dog Trainers and Professional Walkers must provide a copy of their Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance prior to using the facility. Inability to provide a copy will mean that permission to use the field will be withheld. Insurances must be kept up to date and valid for the intended duration of use of the field.
In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Gnosall Dog Field. The law states you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times. This law applies regardless of whether you are alone or if a Gnosall Dog Field representative is present.

Gnosall Dog Field reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their discretion, for example on the basis of weather conditions, maintenance, or where individuals have not complied with the conditions of use. Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded. However Gnosall Dog Field shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as a result of the use of the facility being withdrawn, at our sole discretion.

Gnosall Dog Field reserves the right to use any material including texts and images provided by you to us (in any format) or via our facebook page for the purposes of marketing and promotion.

Gnosall Dog Field and the land owner are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or death how so ever and by whom so ever caused excepting that caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Gnosall Dog Field or its employees, whether to property, dogs, or person(s) sustained whilst at Gnosall Dog Field.

Gnosall Dog Field reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.

The data obtained by Gnosall Dog field is purely to provide the service of hiring the field to customers to exercise their dogs in a secure environment. The data obtained is supplied by the customer and not imported or transferred from any other parties.
The data is retained for as long as the customer wishes to use the facility. Should the customer wish to have their data removed upon request, Gnosall Dog Field will delete all records.
