• I've not received an email with the gate code? 1 hour before your booking an email is automatically sent containing the code. (Check your spam)

• Can dog walkers and trainers use the field? Yes.

• Can bookings be cancelled or rescheduled? Yes. Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours before but only after an account has been created.

• How do I create an account? Select the 'Log In' button, located top right of the screen or on the drop down menu on smartphone, followed by 'Sign Up' and fill in your details to proceed to the members' area. 

• Are there any toilet facilities? Unfortunately, due the rural location of Gnosall Dog Field, no toilet facilities are provided.

• Can we bring a picnic? Yes you can, a picnic bench is provided. Please take any rubbish away with you when you leave.
